Cancellation and Payment Policy

Events Azerbaijan provides events hosting to Welsh football supporters, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. All clients of Events Azerbaijan are subject to the following terms of service. In using this website and attending any of our events you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions: 

You agree to use all  Events Azerbaijan services and facilities at your own risk.  Events Azerbaijan  specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall  Events Azerbaijan  be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages.

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold  Events Azerbaijan  harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against  Events Azerbaijan , its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Events Azerbaijan against liabilities arising out of any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Events Azerbaijan.

We charge fees when we sell tickets to events. These fees may vary based on events and  Organizers.   We accept Visa, Master Card payments. Clients are encouraged to pay by credit card as it is the easiest way to handle payment at this time.  Events Azerbaijan  does not control (and thus cannot disclose) fees levied by your bank and/or credit card company, including fees for purchasing tickets and registrations in foreign currencies or from foreign persons. Be sure to check with your bank or credit card company prior to engaging in a transaction to understand all applicable fees, credit card surcharges and currency conversion rates. 

We will not refund any for "no shows". However, we may refund money paid at our discretion.

Events Azerbaijan provides the community a service of connecting Clients with events. Events Azerbaijan is not legally liable for any issues or occurrences at our partner events. We reserve the right to cancel an event at any time and are not responsible if our partners cancel an event or the government cancel an event without notice. 

All services provided by Events Azerbaijan may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of  law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Events Azerbaijan and its employees from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are suspended from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken. 

In no event will we or our event organizers, suppliers, advertisers and sponsors, be responsible or liable to you or anyone else for, and you hereby knowingly and expressly waive all rights to seek, direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any type, and any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, arising out of or in connection with the site, the content, or any product or service purchased through the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of whether the claim is based upon any contract, tort, or other legal or equitable theory. Without limiting the foregoing, you expressly acknowledge and agree that we will have no liability or responsibility whatsoever for (a) any failure of another user of the site to conform to the codes of conduct, (b) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, whether arising in contract or in tort, resulting from your access to and use of our site, (c) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (d) any bugs, viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects, date bombs, time bombs or other items of a destructive nature which may be transmitted to or through our site, (e) any errors, mistakes, inaccuracies or omissions in any content, or (f) any lost, stolen or damaged tickets, or the failure of a venue to honor a ticket. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using the site. The limitations in this section will apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. The allocation of risk between us is an essential element of the basis of the bargain between us.

Exclusions and Limitations

The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

-excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company’s literature; and

-excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages. 

Attendance at any activity signifies agreement to:  Events Azerbaijan Activity Waiver

I acknowledge that participating in this activity and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to: actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials, event monitors and/or producers of the event; lack of hydration, weather, and/or other natural conditions. I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in this event.

I certify that I am physically fit for participation in this event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.

I agree to abide by any decision of the organizers and event hosts to any aspect of my participation in this event, including their to suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever.

I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability form will be used by Events Azerbaijan, events hosts and the sponsors of the event in which I may participate and it will govern my actions and responsibilities at aid event.

In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this event, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: (A) Waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability for my death, disability personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me or my traveling to and from this event, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: Events Azerbaijan, and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives and agents, the event sponsors and event volunteers, (B) indemnify and hold harmless all entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of my actions during this event.

I hereby consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this event.

I understand that at this event or related activities I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and/or assigns.

This AWRL shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under the applicable law.`

General

By accessing this website and attending events you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision. These Terms and Conditions shall not be amended, modified, varied or supplemented except in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of the Company.

Notification of Changes

The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our Disclaimer Page. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
